By far the best team ever!! If you’re looking for great customer service for your Time-tracking needs, then look no further than Harold and his team. Guidry’s Catfish has been using Concept Electronics for over 40 years. Recently we were having some issues with our iris scan clocks and Chad came right over within the hour to take care of it. A few days later, a different issue arose and Rick returned my call while on vacation and walked me through resetting the clocks several times at 7PM! You do not get service like that anymore!
